How much is the fee?
3% on every payment, shown before you pay. No hidden fees.
How does the money reach Haiti?
You pay in USD with your card; we pay the partner in gourdes via MonCash/NatCash.
Is my money safe?
Yes: the money is held (escrow) until the partner confirms; you receive a digital receipt with a full trail.
How is it different from Western Union/MoneyGram?
They send CASH to a person; LakayHub PAYS THE BILL directly to the school/clinic/vendor, and you get a receipt.
Which exchange rate do you use?
The rate is shown before each payment and stored on your receipt.
Does my family in Haiti need to install an app?
No. They receive the money on the MonCash/NatCash they already have.
When will the partner receive the money?
We pay out as fast as possible after your card payment is confirmed; you can track the status anytime with your receipt code.
What happens if there's a problem?
Every payment has a full trail; contact us on WhatsApp with your receipt code.
